Product Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Business Decisions
We are not liable for business decisions made by clients based on our recommendations, market analysis, or strategic guidance. Clients retain full responsibility for evaluating and implementing advice within their organizational context.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, network failures, or other force majeure events.
Important Notice: Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above may not apply to you, and our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification Provisions

- Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful or declined by either party, disputes shall be resolved through litigation in the Tokyo District Court as specified above.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class actions against Product Hub.
Severability and Interpretation
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Product Hub regarding use of our website. For consulting services, these terms are supplemented by individual service agreements.
No Waiver
